System Support Group is an independent IT services group that supports companies in leveraging AI and data, as well as driving business transformation. The Medium-Term Management Plan 2029 sets out the Group’s future growth strategy and management direction in light of a business environment where the use of AI, data, and cloud technologies is accelerating. We view changing customer needs in the age of AI as a growth opportunity and aim to enhance the value we provide and achieve sustainable growth.

In the Medium-Term Management Plan 2029, the Group targets net sales of 43.61 billion yen, operating profit of 4.51 billion yen, and an operating margin of 10.3% in FY6/2029. The planned CAGRs from FY6/2026 to FY6/2029 are 11.9% for net sales and 15.0% for operating profit. Through the expansion of the cloud, AI, and data businesses, enhancement of the value we provide, and productivity improvements, we aim to achieve both sales growth and improved profitability.

Shareholder Returns Policy

Our basic policy is to continue to pay progressive dividends to shareholders, with a target consolidated dividend payout ratio of 40% or more, while investing in future growth and strengthening our management structure.
