As of January 1, 2025, our group has transitioned to a group management structure with System Support Holdings Inc. as the holding company.
System Support Inc., the predecessor of System Support Holdings, was established in 1980 in Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture.
With “Sincerity and Creation” as our group creed, we have strived to pursue our management philosophies of contributing to society, advanced customer service, and sharing value.
We have expanded our business from Kanazawa to Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, and even North America, and at the same time, we have also been acquiring new technologies, such as cloud computing, AI, and IoT, to meet the needs of the times and our customers, as we continue to take on the challenge of broadening our services.
And we recognize that the remarkable progress of IT in recent years has provided us with great opportunities to expand our field of activity.
The System Support Group has set growth and creation of further innovation as medium-term management themes, focusing on expansion of services that form the foundation of DX promotion for customers and society, the growth and success of diverse human resources, and strengthening sustainability management.
With this new group structure, we will strive to grow existing businesses with increased profitability, enter new business areas to diversify our revenue models, strengthen our governance, and develop the next generation of management talent, with the aim of achieving our medium-term management plan and further increasing our corporate value.
