INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY

Our management philosophy is to contribute to the development of a prosperous society through the promotion of information technology using computer systems (Contribution to Society), to build a solid relationship of trust with our customers by always responding quickly to customer needs, providing the best solutions, and improving our services (Customer Service Improvement), and to create a working environment that allows our employees to fully demonstrate their abilities and serves as a platform for their prosperity and success, while sharing value with our shareholders, through sound business activities (Value Sharing).
 
We place our approach to information security as a key measure to realize this management philosophy, and declare that we will establish and implement the Information Security Policy for the purpose of building solid trust with our customers and providing them with higher value-added services related to information technology by ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets.

Information Security Policy

1. Scope

The “information assets” covered by this basic policy are all information assets obtained in the course of our business activities, and this policy applies to all directors, employees, and employees of partner companies who handle such information assets.

2. Organizational Development

We will develop a management system to achieve organizational information security initiatives.

3. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

We comply with laws, regulations, and other rules related to information security, as well as contractual security matters with our customers.

4. Education

We will continuously provide information security training to maintain and improve our security level.

5. Auditing

Internal audits are conducted to objectively evaluate and verify our information security efforts.

6. Continuous Improvement

Continuous improvement activities will be implemented by analyzing audit results and recognizing and assessing risks.

7 Incident Response

In the event of an incident, we will respond promptly, placing the highest priority on the preservation of our customers’ information assets.
